Significant Relief from current ongoing hazardous much likely from 3rd November, light to moderate Rainfall likely in isolated to scattered region in Northwest Plains from today(3 नवंबर के बाद वर्तमान में चल रही खतरनाक प्रदूषण की मौसमी स्तिथि से मिलेगी बड़ी राहत, उत्तरी मैदानी इलाकों में अलग-अलग जगहों पर हल्की से मध्यम वर्षा होने की संभावना है)

Forecast from 1^st week of November 2019

As surface winds speed is expected to remain on lower side over plains of northwest India at least for next two days, pollution level is very much likely to remain on same level in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi-NCR, North Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh rather current hazardous pollution level in above region for next one to two days.

But this condition is likely to change very soon as an active western disturbance is approaching western Himalaya and is presently over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir and under its influence along with current cyclone ‘MAHA’ which will help in feeding the moisture to northern & western plains of the country, isolated to scattered precipitation very likely to occur over northwest India starting from West Rajasthan from today evening which likely to continue and spread entire northern plain by 2^nd November which may continue till 3^rd evening.

And as western disturbance will move away eastward from North India, Faster Chilly Northwest winds will tighten grip over entire northwest plains and result in significantly drop in pollution level over entire northwest plains (including Delhi-NCR where EPCA has just declared public health emergency today) from 3^rd November and likely to improve further on 4^th which may remain stable till 7^th November when another western disturbance will approach Northwest India.   


Rainfall will be light to moderate in nature and scattered in northern plains. All Northern States - Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi-NCR, west Uttar Pradesh will be affected by this system in plains but Western Rajasthan is likely to be more affected and receive moderate to heavy torrential rainfall in isolated region, some places in plains may also receive hailstorm activities.

Light to moderate rainfall/snowfall will also be witnessed at scattered places in all 4 Himalayan Region, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand. Snowfall may be witnessed from today evening which is likely to continue till 3^rd November, Snowfall is likely to occur at altitude of 2800-3000 meter or above.

Day Temperature is likely to fall by 1-3 ^oC in next two days but Night Temperature is likely to remain stable during same period in Northwest plains & hills, however after passes of western disturbance Night Temperature is much likely to witness significant fall in Temperature by 2-5 ^oC  from 4^th November 2019.

नवंबर 2019 के पहले सप्ताह का पूर्वानुमान:-

चूंकि उत्तर-पश्चिम भारत के मैदानी इलाकों में अगले दो दिनों तक हवाओं की गति कम रहने की उम्मीद है। इसलिए पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर राजस्थान और उत्तर प्रदेश में प्रदूषण का स्तर समान रूप से बने रहने की संभावना है। 


लेकिन इस स्थिति में बहुत जल्द बदलाव होने की संभावना है। क्योंकि एक सक्रिय पश्चिमी विक्षोभ पश्चिमी हिमालय के पास आ रहा है और वर्तमान में उत्तरी पाकिस्तान और जम्मू-कश्मीर से सटे हुए इलाको पर बना हुआ है। इसके प्रभाव से बना परिसंचरण क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ चक्रवाती तूफान 'महा' उत्तर भारत की तरफ नमी बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा। 

देश के पश्चिमी मैदानी भाग यानी पश्चिम राजस्थान में आज शाम से हल्की वर्षा के शुरू हो जाएगी। यह गतिविधियां 2 नवंबर तक पूरे उत्तर मैदानी इलाको में फैलने की संभावना है जो कि 3 शाम तक जारी रह सकती है।

जैसे-जैसे पश्चिमी विक्षोभ उत्तर भारत से पूर्व की ओर जाएगा, तेज़ ठंडी उत्तरपश्चिमी हवाएँ पूरे उत्तरी मैदानों पर पकड़ मजबूत करेंगी और इसके परिणामस्वरूप 3 नवम्बर  पूरे उत्तरी मैदानों (दिल्ली-एनसीआर सहित EPCA ने फिलहाल में सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य आपातकाल लगाया है।) पर प्रदूषण के स्तर में एकदम तेज़ी से गिरावट आएगी। 

4 तारीख को और सुधार होने की संभावना है जो 7 नवंबर तक स्थिर रहेगा, जब एक और पश्चिमी विक्षोभ उत्तर पश्चिमी भारत का रुख करेगा।

वर्षा प्रकृति से हल्की से मध्यम और उत्तर पश्चिम के मैदानों में बिखरी हुई होगी। सभी उत्तरी राज्य - पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, पश्चिम उत्तर प्रदेश मैदानी इलाके इस प्रणाली से प्रभावित होंगे। लेकिन पश्चिमी राजस्थान के अधिक प्रभावित होगे और अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में मध्यम से भारी मूसलाधार बारिश होने की संभावना भी बन सकतहै । मैदानी इलाकों में कुछ स्थानों पर ओलावृष्टि गतविधिया भी देखने को मिलेंगी।

सभी 4 हिमालयी क्षेत्रों, जम्मू और कश्मीर, लद्दाख, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में बिखरी हुई जगहों पर हल्की से मध्यम वर्षा / बर्फबारी देखी जाएगी। आज शाम से बर्फबारी देखी जा सकती है, जो 3 नवंबर तक जारी रहने की संभावना है। 2800-3000 मीटर या उससे अधिक की ऊंचाई पर बर्फबारी होने की संभावना है।

अगले दो दिनों में दिन का तापमान 1-3 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक गिरने की संभावना है, लेकिन उत्तरी मैदानों एवं हिमालय कि पहाड़ियों में रात का तापमान उसी अवधि में स्थिर रहने की संभावना है। हालांकि पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के गुजरने के बाद 4 नवम्बर से रात के तापमान में 2℃ से 5℃ तक की गिरावट की संभावना है।
